We are looking for people who care about doing the little things well and helping participants feel safe, comfortable and understood.
A disability support role at Soulfull Care is about more than completing tasks. It is about showing up with patience, respect and a genuine interest in the person you are supporting. Our team works with participants across home, community, daily living and health-related supports, helping each person feel more confident in their routine and more connected to the life they want to lead.
We value support workers who are calm, thoughtful and willing to learn. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be reliable, open to guidance and committed to providing support in a way that protects each participant’s dignity, privacy and choice.
Soulfull Care is led by an experienced registered nurse, which means our team is guided by strong clinical knowledge, clear processes and a practical understanding of safe care. This is especially important when supporting participants with personal care, high intensity needs, community nursing or changing health conditions.
We aim to create a work environment where staff feel informed, respected and confident in their role. You will have guidance around participant needs, expectations and care requirements, along with a team that understands the importance of communication, consistency and doing support properly. For the right person, a disability support role with Soulfull Care is a chance to make a real difference in someone’s everyday life.
